On August 29, 1970, Manuel and Lucy Hernandez opened the doors of Señor Manuel Mexican Cuisine. Since the beginning, Manuel and Lucy have believed that their patrons should be welcomed as if they were guests in their own home; mi casa es su casa. This philosophy can be found in everything from our freshly homemade dishes to our comfortable, friendly atmosphere. It's where the locals go. So, please enjoy our family's made-from-scratch dishes, including the chips and tortillas which are made in-house in our tortilla factory underneath your feet. 

Our story continues as we head into our 50th anniversary. We have proudly welcomed our fourth generation of family members into the business and are excited to continue serving our friends and neighbors in the Colorado Springs area.
